My name is Amy Klinker and this is my first year at Belle Ryan. I am so excited that I get the opportunity to be a Belle Ryan Bulldog.
Before this year, I taught at another OPS elementary school for eleven years. While there I taught fifth grade, fourth grade, second grade, and was a math interventionist. In 2013, I graduated with a Master of Arts in Historical Studies from Nebraska Wesleyan. In 2014, I received my K - 3 Math Specialist Certificate from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Math has become a passion of mine and I love teaching math while using various strategies and skills I learned from my math classes.
Outside of school, I am happily married to my husband and we have three young boys ages 3, 2, and 2 months. When I am not enjoying time with my family I love gardening, decorating our house, and reading.
I look forward to a wonderful year of learning, exploring, and growing.
